Responsibilities:
Construction Project Manager Coordinating projects, superintendents, and subcontractor's performance as required to complete the project.
The goal for this position is to successfully complete fast-paced renovations projects on schedule, on budget and with the highest quality standards.
Preparing written reports as required on a daily basis.
Our projects are primarily in the Central Florida area, and our office is located in Groveland.
Job Requirements:
Construction Project Manager 3-5 years of Construction Project Management experience Willing to undergo a background check Must be flexible, adaptable, schedule and budget minded while delivering high quality results Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with customers, employees, and subcontractors Ability to read and comprehend construction blue prints, Understand data submissions and construction documents.
Follow through to ensure tasks are progressing and get completed.
Possess excellent problem solving skills while paying attention to details and making sure a safe, clean work environment exists.
Commercial and renovation experience preferred.
Computer literate required Procore experience a plus Bilingual is a plus.
